The Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (“the Commission”) has issued Guidelines on Licensing Procedure of NATIONWIDE TELECOMMUNICATION TRANSMISSION NETWORK (NTTN) LICENSE envisaged in the Licensing (Procedure) Regulations, 2004. License under the Guidelines will be issued by the Commission under the open licensing procedure. Any interested person or legal entity complying with the terms and conditions of the Guidelines may apply for the License. Please note that there is no time limit for collecting and submitting the required application. Further note that these Guidelines may be withdrawn, revised, updated or amended by the Commission from time to time, without any prior notice.
