Convergence of ISP & DDCSP License

As per decision of Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission, all Domestic Data Communication Service Provider (DDCSP) Licenses have been converged with Nationwide Internet Service Provider (ISP) Licenses.

Under the new Nationwide Internet Service Provider (ISP) License, the Licensee shall be authorized to build, maintain, operate and provide Internet Service and Domestic Data Communication Service of point-to-point Domestic Data Circuit (excluding Voice Communication) throughout Bangladesh, subject to applicable laws as well as the terms and conditions of the new Nationwide Internet Service Provider (ISP) License.

Henceforth, all the DDCSP Licensees and DDCS User Permission Holders are exempted from making payment of any charge or license fee to the Commission in relation to the aforementioned convergence and/or their previous DDCSP License and DDCS User Permission.
