BTRC is pleased to inform all concerned that a "Complaint Cell" has been established for receiving complaints and grievances of the Consumers. If you have any complaint against any Telecommunication Operator or Internet Service Provider, you may use this Complaint Form (below) to submit your grievances to BTRC. Please provide all the necessary information so that BTRC can study and investigate the issue(s) and take appropriate actions where feasible. Complaints with fake or incomplete information will not be entertained.

If you do not want to use the above form, you may send your complaints via e-mail to complaints@btrc.gov.bd . Please make sure you have the above information as asked in the Complaint Form.

Please note that before making a complaint :

 • Study your complaint carefully and be clear about it before lodging.

 • Try to have all the documents relevant to the complaint ready.

 • Make sure you give all the details needed to process your complaint.

 • Provide description of your complaint briefly and precisely.

 • After making the complaint, keep all the pertinent records of your complaint handy and be ready to     present it to BTRC if asked for.

 • If you had earlier lodged the complaints with your service provider, please allow your service provider     a reasonable time frame to process the complaint. (Depending on the complaint.) If you feel that your     complaint has not been treated in a reasonable manner by your service provider, you can make the     complaint to BTRC for further examination.
